Editorial standards
What we are
YachtBrokerPath is an independent educational publisher. We are not a licensing authority, law firm, yacht brokerage, listing service, or certification body. Our tools organize questions and records; they do not determine eligibility or approval.
Source hierarchy
For legal or licensing requirements, we prefer the controlling state statute, rule, agency page, form, or written agency instruction. We identify voluntary CPYB certification and private listing-system or brokerage requirements as separate layers. Readers should confirm current forms, fees, addresses, deadlines, and account rules directly with the relevant authority before acting.
Article archive status
The generated article archive is undergoing page-topic, citation-link, date, and state-rule verification. Its index, topic hubs, and individual pages are excluded from the XML sitemap and marked noindex until a documented page-level review is complete. A source-file date is not evidence that an editorial review occurred.
Commercial transparency
The CPYB + Trust-Account Kit costs $179. When commerce is enabled, License Watch is preselected and its trial and recurring price are shown beside the selection. A buyer can explicitly choose the pack alone. We do not publish invented customers, reviews, approvals, or performance claims.
Corrections and contact
If a source has moved or a rule has changed, email support@yachtbrokerpath.com with the page and controlling source. We investigate material corrections and update or remove unsupported claims.
